Please fix the freezing

I like being able to stream sportsnet on my Apple TV. However, in the course of a live game I will need to exit the app nearly every 3-5 min as the live feed freezes and needs to be restarted in order to work. Not any better on the mobile version. Unable to sign in online with multiple browsers. Poor service response when contacted about any of these issues.
